font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain an organized and well-maintained warehouse and equipment operation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with applicable warehouse and project teams prior to purchasing, leasing or renting equipment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Track equipment and tool usage to ensure regular scheduled maintenance is completed within regulations; recommend replacement, sale or repair, as necessary</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Source and solidify reputable vendors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Pursue opportunities to provide additional services to project teams in an effort to expand warehouse operations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Support safety programs, including: assisting with implementation, ensuring all equipment and tools are in safe working condition, establishing positive safety behavior and adhering to safety protocols</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Comply with DOT regulations (i.e. trailer weight/load restrictions, equipment maintenance)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure equipment and tools are delivered timely to project sites in order to maximize productivity and in a cost-effective manner</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain current asset inventory to resolve inventory irregularities, usage inaccuracies and equipment uses</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Operate small equipment to load/unload trucks, and other tasks as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure invoices are accurate and timely, including correct coding to project sites</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Stay abreast of new construction materials, equipment and technologies; evaluate if new techniques improve cost or productivity</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Manage staff, to include: mentoring, creating development goals, delegating tasks/responsibilities, recommending disciplinary action and recruiting of qualified talent</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What We're Looking For:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span> </span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">7+ years of </span><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">construction-related experience is preferred, including management of quality assurance processes and leading change within a warehouse</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">An industry related bachelor's degree is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Forklift Certification is required, or the willingness to obtain upon hire</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">OSHA 30 certification or the willingness to obtain upon hire</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Ability to learn other specific software (JDE, Procore, Bluebeam, warehouse software, etc.). </span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills:</span> A qualified candidate will demonstrate analytical, team leadership and organizational skills.
