    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><h1 id=\"isPasted\">Job&nbsp;Summary:</h1><p>The <strong>Houseperson</strong> will be responsible for assisting the Houskeeping operation and responding to guest calls. The goal is to provide <em>Level5 Hospitality</em> high touch housekeeping service for each guest&#39;s stay.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h1>Duties/ Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Clean common areas, including lobby, dining area, public restrooms, hallways, back office space,s and any other spaces as needed</li><li>Identifies minor maintenance issues throughout the hotel, notifying the supervisor when appropriate</li><li>Fulfills guest requests made to front desk staff, including but not limited to toiletries and linen deliveries</li><li>Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel floors, storage closets, and corridors, including removing trash, wiping down shelves/counters, sweeping, mopping, and/or vacuuming floors; and removing non-floor closet items and storing in appropriate areas</li><li>Respond to special requests, guest complaints, and the delivery of housekeeping/room&nbsp;supplies&nbsp;to&nbsp;achieve&nbsp;complete&nbsp;guest&nbsp;satisfaction</li><li>Deliver&nbsp;lost&nbsp;and&nbsp;found&nbsp;items to the supervisor and/or according&nbsp;to&nbsp;established hotel&nbsp;procedures</li><li>May&nbsp;regularly&nbsp;assist&nbsp;with quarterly &quot;deep&nbsp;cleaning&quot; projects</li><li>Maintains outside trash receptacles around the exterior of the hotel&nbsp;</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned by Supervisor/MOD</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><h1>Required Skills/ Abilities:</h1><ul><li>Detail-oriented&nbsp;and&nbsp;thorough</li><li>Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of guests</li><li>Ability to perform consistent work to the highest standards</li><li>Ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;interact&nbsp;with&nbsp;guests&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;pleasant,&nbsp;friendly&nbsp;way</li></ul><h1>Education and Experience:&nbsp;</h1><ul><li>Sufficient&nbsp;education&nbsp;and&nbsp;literacy are needed&nbsp;to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;and&nbsp;read&nbsp;product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs</li><li>Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in basic English preferred</li></ul><h1>Physical Requirements:</h1><ul><li>Must be able to remain on your feet for the majority of the shift.</li><li>Must be able to access and navigate the facility without assistance.</li><li>Employees&nbsp;are&nbsp;required&nbsp;to&nbsp;adhere&nbsp;to&nbsp;safety&nbsp;requirements&nbsp;by&nbsp;wearing&nbsp;the appropriate personal protective equipment.</li><li>Work is routine and repetitive in nature and may require strenuous physical exertion at times, including the ability to move objects weighing up to 50lbs.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
