The successful candidate will play a key role in connecting Odyssea’s beneficiaries — refugees, migrants, and vulnerable Greeks — with employment opportunities that match their skills, training, and aspirations.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Talent Acquisition Specialist will identify job openings, screen and prepare candidates, support interviews, and liaise with employers to ensure successful placements.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This role requires empathy, professionalism, and the ability to balance the needs of both candidates and employers.
