Our manufacturing environment is fast-paced, hands-on, and focused on delivering reliable products to customers across multiple industries.</p><h3 data-section-id=\"op20pf\" data-start=\"783\" data-end=\"803\">Position Summary</h3><p data-start=\"805\" data-end=\"1255\">The <strong data-start=\"809\" data-end=\"844\">Process Assistant / Mold Setter</strong> supports daily production within the Plastics Division by performing safe, efficient mold changes; preparing machines and auxiliary equipment; assisting with mold and hot-stamp setup; and supporting maintenance, safety, and production needs. This role involves working directly with injection molding equipment and plays an important part in keeping production running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.</p><p data-start=\"1257\" data-end=\"1577\">The ideal candidate has prior experience working in or around injection molding machines, die setting, mold changes, or a similar manufacturing environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safe work practices, reliability, and the ability to work overtime and cover shifts as business needs require.</p><h3 data-section-id=\"uyq8v7\" data-start=\"1579\" data-end=\"1620\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h3><p data-start=\"1622\" data-end=\"1671\">Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><ul data-start=\"1673\" data-end=\"3320\"><li data-section-id=\"kyqbs\" data-start=\"1673\" data-end=\"1755\">Perform mold changes safely and efficiently according to established procedures.</li><li data-section-id=\"h9vfye\" data-start=\"1756\" data-end=\"1883\">Review production paperwork and schedules to ensure the correct mold and version are prepared before beginning a mold change.</li><li data-section-id=\"wgxr9k\" data-start=\"1884\" data-end=\"1940\">Set up auxiliary equipment needed for production runs.</li><li data-section-id=\"gs1mz8\" data-start=\"1941\" data-end=\"2035\">Verify that the correct end-of-arm tooling is selected, installed, and ready for production.</li><li data-section-id=\"uoj4vf\" data-start=\"2036\" data-end=\"2136\">Ensure mold preventive maintenance tasks are completed according to the scheduled dates and times.</li><li data-section-id=\"hoikbj\" data-start=\"2137\" data-end=\"2250\">Assist with preventive maintenance on cart molds when needed and when other assigned mold PM work is caught up.</li><li data-section-id=\"149mzr5\" data-start=\"2251\" data-end=\"2296\">Complete hot stamp die changes as required.</li><li data-section-id=\"3bsmdf\" data-start=\"2297\" data-end=\"2412\">Perform routine walkarounds throughout the shift to verify hot stamp equipment is properly supplied and prepared.</li><li data-section-id=\"erjpxn\" data-start=\"2413\" data-end=\"2522\">Ensure the correct foil size is available on hot stamp machines, on the production floor, and on platforms.</li><li data-section-id=\"z3trk6\" data-start=\"2523\" data-end=\"2596\">Stage extra rolls of foil at machines to support efficient changeovers.</li><li data-section-id=\"fyrc97\" data-start=\"2597\" data-end=\"2666\">Maintain and complete preventive maintenance on hot stamp machines.</li><li data-section-id=\"1jbldnw\" data-start=\"2667\" data-end=\"2757\">Assist Maintenance Technicians with repairs to machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment.</li><li data-section-id=\"1csu88z\" data-start=\"2758\" data-end=\"2869\">Assist the Safety Coordinator, Technical Manager, and leadership team in maintaining a safe work environment.</li><li data-section-id=\"1t1rqdh\" data-start=\"2870\" data-end=\"2949\">Follow all company safety rules, policies, procedures, and work instructions.</li><li data-section-id=\"1mvb5q3\" data-start=\"2950\" data-end=\"3006\">Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.</li><li data-section-id=\"1d35c5d\" data-start=\"3007\" data-end=\"3119\">Communicate equipment, mold, tooling, safety, or production concerns to the appropriate supervisor or manager.</li><li data-section-id=\"bsh3u6\" data-start=\"3120\" data-end=\"3174\">Perform additional duties as assigned by management.</li><li data-section-id=\"78dbgy\" data-start=\"3175\" data-end=\"3320\">Provide shift coverage for coworkers when requested by the department supervisor or manager, except in cases of health or emergency situations.</li></ul><h3 data-section-id=\"8b3p4d\" data-start=\"3322\" data-end=\"3349\">Required Qualifications</h3><ul data-start=\"3351\" data-end=\"3964\"><li data-section-id=\"15gfy37\" data-start=\"3351\" data-end=\"3510\">Minimum of <strong data-start=\"3364\" data-end=\"3394\">1 to 3 years of experience</strong> working in or around injection molding machines, die setting, mold changes, or a related manufacturing environment.</li><li data-section-id=\"l04vtl\" data-start=\"3511\" data-end=\"3535\">Basic
