Students at the high school engage in classes that prepare them for college and career readiness through the AP scholars program, concurrent enrollment, and CTE.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Providence Hall High School is seeking a passionate and dedicated High School (9th-12th) <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Baseball </span>Head Coach to instruct athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training necessary for the athletes to realize a degree of individual and team success, while providing individual athletes with instruction that will lead to the formation of morals, values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, and self-confidence.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">The high school <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Baseball </span>head coach is a stipend-based position.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">The stipend amount for the season is up to $<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">4,000 </span>depending on experience, which is paid in full at the end of the season. If an extended season is required, an additional stipend of up to $1,500 may apply.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Practices, games, meets, tournaments, invitationals, etc. are held after/before school and includes evenings, travel, and possible weekends and overnights. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Responsibilities:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Develop and implement a comprehensive <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Baseball </span>program that aligns with the goals and objectives of Providence Hall High School.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Plan and facilitate regular team meetings and practices to support athletes in honing performances for the purpose of coaching athletes to their full potential.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide constructive feedback and guidance to athletes on their performances.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Foster a supportive and inclusive team environment where all athletes feel valued and encouraged to reach their full potential such that they develop physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Uphold high standards of sportsmanship, ethics, and conduct among team members and follow UHSAA guidelines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Work collaboratively, effectively, and positively with administration, employees, athletes, parents/guardians, and the community to promote the sports program and facilitate opportunities for athlete involvement and growth.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Manage the team materials for the purpose of making sure all items required for events are accounted for properly within due dates.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Adhere to all purchasing protocols and guidelines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Attend and supervise students at assigned school-sponsored events, to include during travel, ensuring proper student behavior in accordance with school policies and UHSAA rules and guidelines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Take all necessary and reasonable precautions for the purpose of protecting and safeguarding athletes, equipment, materials, and facilities.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Previous coaching experience in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Baseball </span>at the high school or collegiate level (preferred).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience mentoring and managing assistant coaches.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Understanding of the USHAA Handbook and Rules &amp; Guidelines, and willingness to uphold and enforce them along with the Providence Hall Athletic Department Student/Parent Handbook.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong interpersonal skills for working with students, parents, and school staff.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Enthusiasm for mentoring and supporting the personal growth of student-athletes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
