    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Product Quality Engineer:&nbsp;</p>\n<p>The Product Quality Engineer will assure that major ETO (Engineer to Order) projects, will be implemented properly from order to hand over to the customer. In particular he/she will be in close contact with the local Service organization and the central functions (R&amp;D, Marketing, Service and Quality) to coordinate communication between the 2 parties and assuring the customer requirements are understood and timely applied. He/she will coordinate the activities that people of central functions have to do at site to support the local organization (if requested or needed). Will supervise on site, if necessary. He/she will follow up problems found from design phase to commissioning, involving the relevant department.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>(This will describe the overall core responsibilities of the role, decision making responsibilities etc.)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the central functions to have smooth process from ETO design phase to assembly and test activity done in the factory; related activities to follow are kick off meeting, PDCA document preparation, closure meeting, assembly process, final test, witness test, etc.</li>\n <li>Collect information and documentation (technical and commercial, i.e. technical drawings, order documentation, unit setting, etc.) of the projects from central functions (R&amp;D, Marketing, Service, Operations and Quality) and make them available to local organization to support the site activity.</li>\n <li>Collect information on regular basis about site situation (site activity plan, utilities availability, etc.) and share them with central functions (R&amp;D and Service) to support and facilitate activities to be done at site by the central functions (if any).</li>\n <li>Monitor site activity and facilitate communication between central and local teams in case of need.</li>\n <li>Report any issues found at site by local team or during his/her visits at site, to the departments that have to manage and fix the issue (Service, Production, R&amp;D, Quality, etc.).&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Visit the sites involved in the major projects before, during and/or after the units commissioning (based on specific needs), to support local organization and collect useful information for products improvement.</li>\n <li>Follow up any activity done by central functions to assure they have been done and completed as expected.</li>\n <li>Monitor the product behavior after hand over to the customer, and report to factory (R&amp;D, Quality, Manufacturing, etc.) major issues on those products</li>\n <li>Leads the development of FMEAs and control plans and maintains the resulting protocols for processing materials into finished products&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Develops standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation of both manufactured and purchased products</li>\n <li>Supports Supplier Quality and the plants in the execution of supplier PPAPs</li>\n <li>Adjudicates PPAPs from internal and external manufacturers</li>\n <li>Leads corrective action activities and facilitates cross-functional teams in the application of the 8D methodology</li>\n <li>Supports plant efforts to address customer complaints and returns</li>\n <li>Monitors global product field failure rates to drive improvement and inform future reliability targets</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required/ Minimum Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Technical school background:&nbsp;\n  <ul>\n   <li>university degree in Electrical Engineering is a plus.</li>\n   <li>Good knowledge of Power Products and principles.</li>\n   <li>3-5 or more years of experience in technical position (like Quality, Service, Product Manager).&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Good English.</li>\n <li>Computer literate, specifically the MS Office package (Access included).</li>\n <li>Ability to plan activities in short midterm.</li>\n <li>Ability to coordinate people from different departments.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks setting the right priority.</li>\n <li>Highly customer focused.</li>\n <li>Problem solving capability.<strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</strong></li>\n <li>Attitude to listen customers' (internal and external) needs.</li>\n <li>Working in team.</li>\n <li>Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately in a busy and demanding environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional / Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Physical &amp; Environmental Requirements: - (To be used majorly for manufacturing jobs.)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>None</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Time Travel Needed:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>50%</li>\n</ul>",
