Zero defects in Audit results and consistent process improvement.</span></p>\n<p><span><b>Role Accountability</b>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ol>\n <li><span>Ensure effective implementation of Vendor Risk Management Policy and Vendor Risk Management Framework in the organization.</span></li>\n <li><span>Organize Vendor Risk Management Committee (VRMC) meetings with ERM Leader to present vendor risk, vendor performance issues or any exceptions to VRM policy or framework.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Liaise with other stakeholders to ensure all risk assessments are timely completed. Track status and escalate potential threats to ERM Leader, CRO and VRMC.</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintain documentation (e.g., VRM policy, standards, guidelines procedures etc.) to ensure they are current and in line with the regulatory guidelines (if applicable) and company’s objectives.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Oversee vendor due diligence and ongoing risk monitoring performed by VRM team.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Review final vendor risk assessment rating for accuracy and completeness for all vendors.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Identify process improvement opportunities to improve operational efficiency while ensuring ongoing compliance to VRM framework.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Foster vendor risk management awareness culture within the team and stakeholders.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensure vendor performance is timely reviewed and submitted by Function.
