This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in major transformation projects. A key focus is the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">consolidation and harmonization of decentralized data centers and office network environments</span> across the valantic group.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Main Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build, lead, and develop teams for infrastructure engineering, networking, and cyber security operations.</li>\n<li>Define and implement a secure, scalable, and standardized infrastructure strategy across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.</li>\n<li>Drive consolidation of decentralized compute, storage, and networking landscapes.</li>\n<li>Lead and support transformation projects with a hands-on approach.</li>\n<li>Establish secure network architectures, segmentation, and connectivity standards.</li>\n<li>Oversee and evolve cyber security operations (SIEM/SOAR, incident response, vulnerability management).</li>\n<li>Ensure alignment with ISO 27001 and internal governance standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What Do We Expect?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years in infrastructure, security engineering, or IT operations; 5+ years in a leadership role.</li>\n<li>Proven experience in data center consolidation and infrastructure modernization.</li>\n<li>Strong technical expertise in hybrid cloud, virtualization, networking, and security platforms (Microsoft 365/Azure a plus).</li>\n<li>Ability to work across decentralized teams and drive change in a fast-growing organization.</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills.</li>\n<li>Fluent in German and English.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High-impact leadership role with strategic influence.</li>\n<li>Opportunity to shape valantic’s secure infrastructure foundations.</li>\n<li>Flexible working model, competitive compensation, and strong development opportunities.</li>\n</ul>",
