This role is hands-on and execution-focused - ideal for someone who can structure problems, write clear requirements and work closely with engineering to deliver.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You will work across:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Wealth Management platform</span> (portfolio, trading, reporting, integrations), and</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Family Governance platform</span> (family structures, workflows, and engagement tools)</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You will own delivery within your scope, support product direction and ensure business requirements are translated into clear, buildable solutions.</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Own delivery of features end-to-end </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage and prioritize the product backlog in line with business needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work closely with engineering and design to ensure timely, high-quality releases</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support sprint planning, backlog refinement and day-to-day Agile execution</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain clear and structured documentation in JIRA and Confluence</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support continuous improvement of product processes and ways of working</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Gather and structure requirements from stakeholders across business and operations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Translate needs into <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">clear user stories, functional specs and acceptance criteria</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Map workflows across financial processes and governance structures</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure requirements are complete, testable, and understood by engineering</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Participate in client demos, workshops and feedback sessions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Capture insights and translate them into actionable product improvements</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">3-5 years in Product Management, Product Owner or Business Analyst roles within </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">FinTech, WealthTech or B2B SaaS startup environments</span> </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience supporting product delivery from requirements through to release and s</span>trong command of product frameworks: prioritization, discovery, delivery</li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills: ability to work with data, draw conclusions, build arguments</li>\n<li>Understanding of technical architecture, ability to speak the same language as engineering</li>\n<li>Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Slack and analytics tools</li>\n<li>Independence in decision-making and readiness to take responsibility</li>\n<li>Ability to influence without authority - persuade, not push and<span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</span></li>\n<li>Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and shifting priorities</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills: from founder presentations to daily standups</li>\n<li>English and Russian languages at working professional capacity</li>\n</ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bonus Points</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Exposure to platforms such as Salesforce, Refinitiv, or Bloomberg is a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Exposure to financial workflows (trading, reporting, portfolio management)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with governance or succession-related concepts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Practical use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) in daily work</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
