          "text": "<p>DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is hiring On-Call Snow Supervisors to help lead snow and ice removal operations during periods of inclement winter weather. <strong>This role is seasonal and only active when snow or ice events occur.</strong></p><p>You’ll oversee snowplow operators and laborers, make sure roads stay safe, and may also operate equipment when needed. Travel may be required for out-of-town work — <strong>paid travel, hotel, and per diem are provided.</strong></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise and direct snowplow crews during snow and ice events</li><li>Monitor weather conditions and help plan response efforts</li><li>Assign routes and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently</li><li>Operate snowplow trucks or other equipment when needed</li><li>Oversee salt/brine applications and equipment inspections</li><li>Maintain basic reports and ensure safety compliance</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Must be 18 or older.</li><li>Must have a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record — no serious violations or multiple accidents within the past 5 years.</li><li>Valid CDL Class A or B (preferred)</li><li>Pass a DOT drug screen, and MVR review.</li><li>Be willing to travel to snow locations and stay for the duration of the event (<strong>hotel, travel time, and per diem paid by DCS</strong>).</li><li>2+ years of snow removal experience; leadership experience a plus.</li><li>Must attend an 8-hour in-person snow training before the season starts.</li><li><strong>Work is needed, depending on winter weather events determined by VDOT.</strong></li></ul>",
