The role  will  be  in  charge  of  linking  the  various </span><span>activities  involved  in  delivering  new  products  to  market  and  for delivering key elements  in </span><span>support of SS&amp;C Calastone’s commercial plan. The Project Manager will manage, report and where </span><span>required remediate the various work streams associated with SS&amp;C Calastone’s delivery, marketing </span><span>and commercial teams.</span></p><p></p><p><span>The role holder will have responsibility for delivering and implementing SS&amp;C Calastone’s products </span><span><span>in our clients’ operations and play a key part of the end-to-end delivery of our solutions into </span>a client UAT and production environment</span></p><ul><li>Own and manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring on-time delivery, meeting of budgetary demands, and maintenance of overall project ownership</li><li>Design the conversion and migration strategy</li><li>Manage and control system configuration of client UAT and production environments for both new and software upgrade implementations</li><li>Work closely with SS&amp;C Calastone customers to manage client UAT and implementation programs</li><li>Facilitate end user training on SS&amp;C Calastone software products</li><li>Provide go-live and post implementation support</li><li>Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues and devise contingency plans, using appropriate techniques (e.g. Risk logs, Change requests)</li><li>Provide regularly scheduled updates to internal and external stakeholders and hold weekly project update meetings throughout the implementation lifecycle</li><li>Manage expectations for internal and external stakeholders to ensure satisfaction throughout the implementation process.</li><li>Serve as the first level of escalations for all Project-related risks and issues</li><li>Assist in ensuring projects are appropriately scoped and approved.</li><li>Implement defined projects as confirmed with the Head of Operations and ensure that deliverables are scalable and replicable.</li><li>Work with internal teams to ensure that outputs are delivered on time, within budget and are fit for purpose.</li><li>Set milestones and produce KPIs on project progress to facilitate reporting, management review and for exception reporting.</li><li>Ensure that risks, issues and actions are appropriately documented, tracked and where appropriate escalated.</li><li>Understand and delegate clearly defined work packages to assigned analysts and assist in any subsequent troubleshooting.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You Will Bring:</b></p><p><span>The role holder will be expected to have project management experience within Financial Services - experience in the financial industry is essential. Experience in an Agile environment would be beneficial.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>The role holder will display an outcome-oriented approach and demonstrate a proven record of delivery.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>A grasp of data modelling techniques, message transformation and exposure to industry standard messaging protocols would be a significant positive.
