The Project Manager will be responsible for running projects in and around the Mid-Atlantic Region. Previous knowledge with self-performed concrete, fabrication, erection, millwright and pipefitting is highly preferred.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">A successful candidate shall have a minimum of five years industrial, and construction related PM experience, along with an Engineering or Construction Management degree or background with applicable field experience.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Please note that this position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with Kinsley Construction policies and procedures.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Read and interpret complex construction documents and drawings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Review, organize, maintain, and process contract documents and shop drawings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Originate and/or review, submit, log and distribute RFI’s and the RFI responses.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Develop and maintain project schedules.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Work closely with operations to optimize field staff and construction means and methods.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Must be willing to direct and enforce job site safety.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Oversee field supervision and assist in monitoring job site quality.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Responsible for submittals and project documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Coordinate and manage subcontractors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Interface with clients to negotiate change orders and to initiate additional work.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Maintain client relations as needed for repeat business.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Excellent communication and time management skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Extreme attention to detail and experience with tight deadlines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Extensive daily travel will be required, overnight travel is not anticipated.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">A four-year degree in engineering or construction management is preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">5 years of experience as a project manager in the industrial/construction sector.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Vast knowledge of local area and clientele.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Strong computer skills is required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Good communication skills and a willingness to learn is required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Knowledge of deep foundations and formed concrete is preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Knowledge of rigging, erection and millwright work.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Knowledge of process piping.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Knowledge of both OSHA and MSHA safety regulations is preferred.</span></li>\n</ul>",
