You will provide hands-on technical support at the jobsite, ensuring smooth operation of Windows-based systems and hardware. This is a great opportunity for an IT professional that has a passion for technology and supporting customers, to learn and grow.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Location </strong></p>\n<p>You will work from the project location in New Albany, OH  </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Your key responsibilities </strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Windows 11 Support: </strong>Deliver technical assistance and troubleshooting for Windows 11 systems. </li>\n <li><strong>Hardware & Software Deployment: </strong>Staging and deploying computers and related hardware and providing installation and support for software applications. </li>\n <li><strong>Onboarding & Workstation Setup: </strong>Onboarding, setting up workstations for users.</li>\n <li><strong>Network Support: </strong>Install and assist with basic network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.</li>\n <li><strong>IT Recommendations: </strong>Research and suggest hardware, software, and services to enhance IT capabilities.</li>\n <li><strong>User Training: </strong>Provide training to internal users on hardware and software usage. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>To qualify for the role, you must have</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Completed a minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent, and technical training or professional experience.</li>\n <li>3 years’ commercial experience required in an IT support technician role supporting a Windows environment, via telephone and remote support tools.</li>\n <li>Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite and Windows operating system software.</li>\n <li>Experience steadfastly documenting all works performed in ticketing system.</li>\n <li>User Data Transfer to New laptops.</li>\n <li>Thorough understanding of hardware technical specifications and General Network experience.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to multi-task and deal with multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Ability and willingness to learn new skills quickly.</li>\n <li>Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs.</li>\n <li>Able to frequently work beyond forty hours per week.</li>\n <li>Able to travel out of state, sometimes on short notice, and stay overnight as needed.</li>\n <li>Able to train in Michigan for 2-3 weeks.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Ideally, you’ll also have</strong><strong> </strong><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>CompTIA A+ certification</li>\n <li>Networking knowledge, including router/firewall configuration and management.</li>\n <li>Direct end-user support experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Excited to make an impact?
