font-size: 12pt\">Strong understanding of Unified Communications technologies, including VoIP, video conferencing, messaging, and collaboration tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
