          "text": "<p>As a Spa/Fitness Attendant II you are responsible to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the facilities at the Spa Without Walls</p><p><strong>What you will be doing:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Actively engage with guests and assist in all guests’ needs, which may include, but are not limited to: escort guests, provide information on products, review treatment options, restock linen &amp; spa amenities, remove trash, maintain lockers and provide tours or instruction for proper usage of equipment.</li><li>Provide unique experiences to all of our guests through warm, personal &amp; detailed service in a luxury, upscale and fast paced environment.</li><li>Ensure a positive first impression of the Spa Without Walls for our guests through detailed cleanliness, set-up and ambiance control.</li><li>Maintain complete knowledge of all wellness &amp; recreation services, activities, amenities and hotel services/features</li><li>Up-sell and promote wellness &amp; recreation offers at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue.</li><li>Perform opening/closing side duties as assigned and set the Spa Without Walls according to standards and procedures</li><li>Be well versed in hotel fire &amp; life safety/emergency procedures</li><li>Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times</li><li>Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel</li></ul>",
