Ideal candidates must have 5+ years of prior Service Desk or Operations support experience.  Must be available to work third shift (11pm-7am Tuesday - Saturday).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Operations team provides 24X7X365 on-site support </li>\n <li>Ensure all hardware/software problems/Infrastructure issues are logged (tickets) and the teams are notified </li>\n <li>Perform equipment/network/fiber installs and decommissions </li>\n <li>Handle production changes and system turnovers</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Education:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree - Preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Experience Required:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>IT Service Desk or Operations support - 5+ years</li>\n <li>Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Ticketing system (Any will be considered) - 5+ years</li>\n <li>Installation and decommissioning of equipment/network/routers/servers </li>\n <li>Documentation experience - able to provide detailed write up of problem and resolution </li>\n</ul>",
