    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.2.8/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.2.8/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>I.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</strong><strong><u>POSITION DESCRIPTION:</u></strong></p><p>The purpose of this position is to feed batteries to wrecker and to help in wrecker operations by processing material to make furnace feed.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>II.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<u>PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Unloads batteries from trucks.&nbsp;</li><li>Be sure equipment accesses and man-doors are closed to maximize negative pressure.</li><li>Prepares roller conveyors in trucks to move batteries into the conveyor system.</li><li>Uses forklift to position batteries from trucks prior to conveyor system.&nbsp;</li><li>Assure that materials are properly stacked to prevent spills.</li><li>Cleans truck area, dock and sump areas. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Assure that equipment is thoroughly pressure washed to remove any residues and record the cleaning on trip ticket per NESHAPS SOP, and clean up any materials tracked outdoors by equipment.</li><li>Breaks up oversized and iron-clad batteries using cutting torch, pneumatic cutters, manually or with forklifts.</li><li>Use of hand tools to clean equipment and prep batteries prior to feeding into the Battery Wrecker System.&nbsp;</li><li>Use of Bailer</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>III.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</strong><strong><u>PRE-HIRE REQUIREMENTS:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Experience operating Forklift, Loader and Skid steer</li><li>HS Diploma or GED minimum</li><li>Valid US Driver&rsquo;s License</li><li>Authorization to work in the United States</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>IV.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</strong><strong><u>POST-HIRE TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Environmental training applicable to the job</li><li>Safety training for applicable equipment</li><li>Job instructional training</li><li>ISO 9001 familiarization</li><li>ISO 14001 awareness, objectives and targets, department significant environmental impacts&nbsp;</li><li>LEAN JTE awareness, objectives, targets and participation</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>V.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong><strong><u>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:</u></strong></p><p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, and talk or hear. &nbsp;The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. &nbsp;The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. &nbsp;Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. &nbsp;While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in outside weather conditions and is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles. &nbsp;The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme heat, and risk of electrical shock. &nbsp;The employee occasionally works in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to vibration. &nbsp;The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud. &nbsp;Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment.</p><p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n<br/>1st shift (overnights)",
