This role includes both logistics support and basic vehicle care duties. The driver represents the company in the field and supports daily operational success by maintaining a clean, safe, and reliable vehicle environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p>Transportation &amp; Delivery:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate a 15-passenger van to transport clients on assigned routes.</li>\n<li>Operate large cargo vans to deliver food and supplies to designated locations.</li>\n<li>Ensure safe and timely transportation of passengers, food, and supplies.</li>\n<li>Properly secure cargo and ensure passenger safety during transit.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Vehicle Maintenance &amp; Safety:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clean out the assigned van at the end of each shift, including removal of trash and basic wipe-down of interior surfaces.</li>\n<li>Perform routine vehicle inspections and document findings daily.</li>\n<li>Assist in tracking mileage, service needs, and mechanical issues as part of fleet maintenance efforts.</li>\n<li>Adhere to company policies, traffic laws, and safety procedures at all times.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Communication &amp; Documentation:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicate proactively with dispatch and the Operations Manager regarding delays, route changes, or vehicle issues.</li>\n<li>Accurately maintain delivery and transportation logs.</li>\n<li>Uphold professional appearance and courteous behavior while representing the company publicly.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Loading &amp; Operational Support:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Load and unload deliveries, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.</li>\n<li>Support operational success through responsible driving and reliable service delivery.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Licenses / Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record</li>\n<li>Minimum age requirement: 21 years old</li>\n<li>Prior experience operating cargo vans and/or 15-passenger vans preferred</li>\n<li>Strong reliability, communication, and time management skills</li>\n<li>Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds</li>\n<li>Willingness to submit to a background check and MVR screening</li>\n<li>Ability to work weekends consistently</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in transportation, delivery driving, logistics, or passenger transport preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Competencies and Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Safe and defensive driving practices</li>\n<li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li>\n<li>Excellent time management and route coordination abilities</li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and adapt to changing schedules</li>\n<li>Attention to detail for accurate delivery and transportation logs</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li>\n<li>Professional demeanor and reliability</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education / Training</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Demands</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds</li>\n<li>Ability to sit and drive for extended periods</li>\n<li>Ability to load and unload cargo safely</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Frequent local travel using company vehicles</li>\n<li>Exposure to varying weather and road conditions</li>\n<li>Fast-paced transportation and logistics environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<p>Benefits</p>\n<p>Eligible employees may receive:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Standard W-2 employee benefits package</li>\n<li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li>\n<li>Family and Medical Leave</li>\n<li>Supplemental health and disability insurance</li>\n<li>Retirement savings plan</li>\n<li>Professional development and continuing education opportunities</li>\n</ul>",
