This position works closely with the grow team to monitor crop development, identify and address potential risks to plant health, and ensure consistent production of high-quality plants through proper cultural practices. The Greenhouse Grower Manager maintains accurate spray records, tracks chemical usage and costs, and ensures all applications are performed safely and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
