The successful outcome for a DC-PE is the integration of DC systems on assigned projects resulting in added-value to a project’s timeline and estimate as well as advancement of supplementary R&D objectives.</p><p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></p><b>Project Work</b><ul><li>Accountable for punctual attendance in meetings, meaningful contributions, and proactive communication of strategic directives or issue resolutions to both DC management and project teams. Quality of communication must meet DC management standards.</li><li>Dowbuilders are held to the following standards around effective communication (both written and verbal):</li><li>Clear—main ideas easily identified and understood.</li><li>Concise—gets to the point without using unneeded words or images.</li><li>Concrete—includes specific examples or explanations.</li><li>Persuasive - refer to objective criteria such as industry practice, project limitations and precedent.</li><li>Self-aware - remain flexible, curious, and courteous in all communications.</li></ul><b>Project Execution</b><ul><li>Proactively review for comprehension and implementation all project documentation and correspondence necessary to inform DC work with current design intent and specifications.
