The role will consist of:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Day-to-day management, execution and optimization of Meta, Tiktok and other paid social campaigns</li>\n<li>Making recommendations based on data-driven analysis of campaigns and creative to drive better outcomes for clients.</li>\n<li>Interfacing directly with clients for day-to-day account management, reporting campaign results and gathering feedback on a regular basis.</li>\n<li>Staying informed of industry updates and new platforms to ensure our clients are following the latest best practices and getting early mover advantage.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Requirements</span></p>\n<p>We want to make sure you will succeed and here are the qualifications that will set you up for success!</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Must have 1+ year of full time agency-side experience managing conversion-focused digital marketing campaigns on Meta for Ecommerce clients.</span> Other paid social platforms are a plus.</li>\n<li>Previous experience managing<span> </span><span>$30,000+ monthly advertising budgets</span><span> </span>across Meta while maintaining ROAS targets.</li>\n<li>Strong collaboration, communication and presentation skills both internally and externally.</li>\n<li>Problem solver who can identify any potential challenges, understand the root cause and propose solutions.</li>\n<li>Thrive in a fast paced changing environment where no two days are often the same, and embody a “get things done” attitude</li>\n<li>Facebook Blueprint Certifications are a plus</li>\n<li>Candidate must reside in Canada</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>What we offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexible working hours</li>\n<li>Remote workdays</li>\n<li>Benefits</li>\n<li>Learning and certification opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If all of the above sounds like you, we’d love to chat!</p>",
