    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Senior Demand &amp; Supply Planner is responsible for building accurate SKU-level demand forecasts, establishing supply plans, and managing inventory levels to meet customer and business objectives. This role bridges demand forecasting and supply planning to ensure service levels, profitability, and efficient inventory utilization.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising, Sourcing, Distribution, Finance, and Account Support to balance customer demand with supplier and operational constraints. The position requires advanced analytical skills, business acumen, and leadership potential to drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, inventory productivity, and supply continuity. The individual will have an opportunity to move into leadership in 1-3 years if successful and has the desire to lead.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Specific Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Create, document, and maintain demand sku level forecasts aligned with supply for long-range planning.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Reconcile the differences between macro business plans and sku level forecasts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Partner with Sales, Merchandising, and customers to develop assortment and demand plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Monitors and measures forecast accuracy and volatility. Diagnoses, categorizes, quantifies and summarizes root causes of inaccuracy, poor service levels, and higher-than-expected excess and obsolete inventory. Leverages the results of this analysis in future forecasting process improvement.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Analyze and distribute weekly and monthly demand reports with insights to cross functional teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver against demand forecast and financial expectations. This includes monitoring demand through the value chain from forecast to delivery, taking actions to minimize risks and maximize opportunities. Works with the Sales team to develop incremental opportunities to close gaps to expectations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Establish and maintain 12-month rolling supply plans with supplier and distribution constraints.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Identify, quantify and help resolve supply constraints that impede achievement of the demand plan.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Recommends the best safety and cycle stock policies by SKU segment, balancing overall corporate inventory and service goals with customer requirements.
