Also responsible for training, documentation, fidelity reviews and assistance with other CCS EASA programs in Oregon. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job: Must ensure compliance with federal, state, and interagency regulations Model and enforce CCS policies and procedures in a fair manner Must model the culture of excellent customer service as adapted by CCS, as well as CCS Mission Statement and Core Values. Provide leadership and strong dedication to developing and delivering evidence-based services and support for adolescent and young adult individuals with psychotic mental illness and youth with co-occurring disorders. Provide leadership and oversight on outcome and program performance measures as defined internally and externally. Observe, supervise, and assist clinicians, QMHAs, Peer Support Specialists and other EASA staff on duty. Perform screenings and assessments of all EASA clients and potential clients. Assist EASA staff with their professional development planning, provide timely and constructive feedback, as well as conduct performance evaluations as scheduled. Meets with EASA staff at least 2 hours per month, with one hour of individual contact/supervision which is to be documented in Credible. Observe and/or conduct treatment including individual and group and gives constructive feedback to improve their ability to provide treatment. Write comprehensive reports each month to include file review, face time with each EASA team member, and the treatment observed. Provide any information deemed noteworthy including required trainings attended by EASA staff. Foster effective teamwork and communication between all members. May perform other duties and special assignment as assigned, including but not limited to, training of other CCS staff in outlying counties and states to assist them with building and maintaining EASA programs. Update and maintain all company and state databases and submit accurate reports for billing and tracking purposes. Ensure that all EASA program fidelity requirements are met and assist with fidelity reviews as they occur. Provide regular community education in order to build relationships and referral pathways.

    "requirements_text": "QUALIFICATIONS:\n The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required to perform the essential functions of this job.\n Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:\n Must be able to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.\n Customer service and detail oriented.\n Comprehensive knowledge of evidence-based practices, including: group counseling skills, one-on-one counseling skills, treatment planning, assessments, and referrals.\n Experience with electronic medical records and telemedicine is highly desirable\n Knowledge of cultural and family issues that can contribute to CCS development of clinically relevant and effective care.\n Bilingual/multilingual a plus\n Ability to operate computers, copy machine, faxes, and scanner.\n Minimum Requirements:\n Minimum 5 years of experience in mental health, behavioral, and/or alcohol and drug counseling.\n Knowledge of regulations and laws governing mental health, behavioral, and addiction services, ethics, confidentiality, privacy, and other related areas.\n Possession of a valid driver’s license with a good driving record\n Clinical supervisors in mental health programs must meet QMHP requirements and have completed two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting.\n 2-3 years clinical supervisory experience\n Must meet requirements for QMHP certification through MHACBO or equivalent state board\n Meets ISSRs requirements.\n Must pass a drug test and criminal background check\n Preferred Qualifications: (Candidates.with.transferrable.skills.relevant.to.these.competencies.are.encouraged.to.apply).\n Ability to demonstrate competence in leadership, wellness, oversight and evaluation of services, staff development, service planning, case management and coordination, utilization of community resources, group, family and individual therapy or counseling, documentation and rationale for services to promote intended outcomes and implementation of all provider policies.\n CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS\n Must pass all criminal history check requirements as required by ORS 181.536-181.537 and in accordance with OAR 410-007-0200 through 410-007-0380.\n In addition to a pre-employment background check, each employee, volunteer and contractor shall be checked ona monthly basis against the OIG and GSA exclusion lists, as well as other federal and state agency lists.
