Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and</p>\n<p>the established plan of care (POC).</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Education and experience, essential</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have a masters degree from a school of social work accredited by the council on social work education.</li>\n <li>Must be certified or licensed in the state where they currently practice.</li>\n <li>Must have at least one year of social work experience in a health care setting.</li>\n <li>Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Education and experience, preferred</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Education and experience, state specific</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>ALABAMA - A BSW can work under an MSW; MSW is preferred.</p>\n<p>ALASKA - A BSW can work under an MSW; MSW is preferred.</p>\n<p>ARIZONA - A licensed BSW must work under a licensed MSW; LMSW is preferred.</p>\n<p>ARKANSAS - Must be an LMSW, at minimum.</p>\n<p>COLORADO - Must be a masters level LSW.</p>\n<p>CONNECTICUT - Must be an MSW.</p>\n<p>DELAWARE - Must be an LMSW. A BSW can work under an MSW; LMSW is preferred.</p>\n<p>FLORIDA - No state liensure is required, certification only. Must provide masters degree transcript.</p>\n<p>GEORGIA - Must be an LMSW, at minimum.</p>\n<p>IDAHO - A BSW can work under an MSW; MSW is preferred.</p>\n<p>ILLINOIS - A BSW can work under an MSW; MSW is preferred.</p>\n<p>INDIANA - A BSW can work under an MSW; MSW is preferred.</p>\n<p>KANSAS - An LBSW must work under a LMSW; LMSW is preferred.</p>\n<p>KENTUCKY - An LBSW must work under a LMSW; LMSW is preferred.</p>\n<p>LOUISIANA - Must be an LMSW.</p>\n<p>MARYLAND - An LBSW must work under a licensed clinical social worker; a masters level LCSW is preferred.</p>\n<p>MASSACHUSETTS - An LSW can work under a LCSW; LCSW is preferred.</p>\n<p>MISSISSIPPI - A BSW can work under an MSW; MSW is preferred.</p>\n<p>MISSOURI - State licensure is not required. A BSW can work under an MSW; MSW is preferred.</p>\n<p>MONTANA - A BSW can work under an MSW; MSW is preferred.</p>\n<p>NORTH CAROLINA - A CSW can work under a CMSW; CMSW is preferred.</p>\n<p>NEW MEXICO - An LBSW can work under an LMSW; LMSW is preferred.</p>\n<p>NEVADA - An LSW can work under an LMSW; LMSW is preferred.</p>\n<p>OHIO - A BSW can work under an MSW; MSW is preferred.</p>\n<p>OKLAHOMA - A masters degree is required.
