We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead a sales team at Birdseye Security Solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and development.
Strategic planning
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Client Engagement
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and expand the client base.
Sales Performance
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to track individual and team performance.
Implement corrective actions and strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Market Expansion
Identify and explore new business opportunities and markets for potential expansion.
Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders in the industry.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the transportation and logistics or security solutions industry.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performance sales teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Transportation, Supply Chain or Logistics industry experience.
Knowledge of security and surveillance technologies is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
