    "requisitionDescription": "\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.28.24/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.28.24/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><ol><li>Maintain clean work area, equipment, vehicles, and other Milford assets.</li><li>Small gas/diesel engine maintenance and repair&nbsp;</li><li>Basic engine electrical system troubleshooting and repair&nbsp;</li><li>Hydraulic system maintenance and repair &ndash; pumps, drives, valves and cylinders&nbsp;</li><li>Preventive maintenance &ndash; lubricating, filtration and fluid changes, administer PM schedules&nbsp;</li><li>Service writing &ndash; report system, estimates, diagnosis and documenting repairs</li><li>Inspect the fusion equipment upon check in and check out.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform test fusions on fusion equipment (small and medium diameter)</li><li>Works with Shop Tech and other Shop Mechanics to accomplish departmental goals</li><li>Verification of incoming shipments; ensures materials are unloaded, stored, and verified according to policy.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ol><p><strong>JOB QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>Basic proficiency of reading and writing of the English language.</li><li>Willingness to perform all required tasks.</li><li>Good oral and written communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of work safety habits.</li><li>Ability to professionally represent the company.</li><li>Ability to read service and repair manuals&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to use hand and power tools</li></ol><ol><li>Basic knowledge of appropriate software</li><li>Knowledge of tools, equipment and procedures used in the general overhaul, repairs and maintenance of equipment</li><li>Repair knowledge in one or more of the following is require: small gasoline engine, diesel engine, electrical engine control systems, trailer wiring, hydraulic systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to work on‐call (as necessary and/or an emergency arises) and extended hours (including after hours and weekends).</li><li>Good mechanical skills.</li><li>Attention to detail ‐ meticulous.</li><li>Ability to operate material handling equipment (pallet jack, forklift, telehandler)</li><li>Ability to organize and prioritize work.</li><li>Ability to interact effectively with customers</li><li>Ability to work individually and with a team</li><li>Ability to drive company vehicles.&nbsp;</li><li>Can safely operate pickup truck/trailer combinations</li><li>Truck, bumper pull, gooseneck, specialty trailer</li></ol><p><strong>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATION:</strong></p><ol><li>One (1) year of related mechanic experience, required.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to obtain a forklift license within 30 days of employment</li><li>Must be certified in McElroy fusion for small and medium diameters or ability to pass certifications within 14 days</li></ol><p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT:&nbsp;</strong></p><ol><li>Mechanic Shop and outdoor storage yard.&nbsp;</li><li>Occasional field service in remote locations&nbsp;</li><li>Occasional high noise level, dust, fumes such as fuel or exhaust may be encountered.&nbsp;</li><li>Sometimes exposed inclement weather while working outside or driving vehicle.</li><li>Occasionally exposed to bright or dim lighting conditions while driving.</li><li>Ability to work around moving equipment.&nbsp;</li></ol>\n    </div>\n  \n",
