The Traveling Superintendent plays a critical role in maintaining consistency in execution, safety culture, and operational excellence across RNGD’s infrastructure portfolio.</p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><em>Field Leadership and Project Execution</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create cost efficiencies through process improvement and effective field planning</li>\n<li>Support and drive utilization of RNGD initiatives, systems, and field technologies</li>\n<li>Develop a comprehensive understanding of each project through immersion in contract documents, plans, and specifications</li>\n<li>Establish and direct field execution strategies related to scheduling, logistics, manpower planning, and work sequencing</li>\n<li>Provide consistent on-site leadership across multiple projects while traveling between active jobsites</li>\n<li>Ensure efficient jobsite closeout and timely turnover of project facilities to owners and stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Construction Oversight</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead field execution of infrastructure work, including earthwork, utilities, drainage, concrete structures, roadway, and civil systems</li>\n<li>Coordinate and facilitate subcontractor startup meetings to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, safety, and quality expectations</li>\n<li>Monitor production and field performance, adjusting strategies to maintain schedule and budget objectives</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with approved work plans, inspection requirements, and quality standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Field Operations and Safety</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with the Field Safety Team to manage and reinforce the jobsite safety program</li>\n<li>Identify, correct, and report unsafe behaviors or hazardous conditions</li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to all safety plans, JSAs, competent person requirements, and regulatory standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Documentation and Reporting</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log, track, and process required project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, safety documentation, inspections, and work plans</li>\n<li>Analyze reports on project performance and implement corrective actions as needed</li>\n<li>Report progress toward established performance targets and key project metrics</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Team Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>6+ years of field leadership experience in civil or infrastructure construction environments</li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience managing infrastructure projects requiring consistent on-site supervision</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of civil construction processes, sequencing, and systems</li>\n<li>Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedules</li>\n<li>Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills</li>\n<li>Proven ability to build and maintain strong team
