Designs, implements, installs, maintains, and administers infrastructures including hardware, software, and various configurations. The internal deadline to apply is 06/12/2026. Candidates who are located within 50 miles of a West Bend office location will work a hybrid schedule for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events. The position can be based in West Bend, Madison or Appleton.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities & Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Summary of Responsibilities:</strong>The Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our organization’s IT infrastructure across both cloud and on-premises environments. This includes the management of cloud services, automation tools, virtualized infrastructure, and network services. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing hybrid cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration of public and private cloud resources to optimize performance, scalability, and efficiency.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, deploy, and optimize hybrid cloud solutions to enhance scalability, performance, and resource efficiency.</li>\n <li>Implement and manage cloud services, virtualization technologies, and automation tools to improve infrastructure utilization and streamline operations.</li>\n <li>Monitor system availability and performance across cloud and on-premises environments, proactively addressing potential issues.</li>\n <li>Support and maintain critical hybrid cloud infrastructure components to ensure optimal performance and reliability.</li>\n <li>Partner effectively with team members to build and sustain a high-performing, collaborative culture.</li>\n <li>Participate in resolution of complex infrastructure challenges, leveraging knowledge of cloud and virtualization technologies</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and resolve service interruptions in hybrid cloud environments, ensuring quick and effective recovery.</li>\n <li>Conduct root cause analysis for system failures, apply corrective actions, and ensure long-term infrastructure resilience.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, focusing on hybrid cloud architectures.</li>\n <li>Identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities within hybrid cloud environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Experience and Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>4-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a focus on hybrid cloud environments.</li>\n <li>Technical expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, as well as virtualization technologies.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible for infrastructure management.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices.</li>\n <li>Proven problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Strong customer focus and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team, driving results and continuous improvement.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary Statement</h2>\n<p>The salary range for this position is $96,842.00-$121,053.00 </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p>The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.  Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. </p>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong>West Bend offers a comprehensive benefit plan including but not limited to:   </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical & Prescription Insurance  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Health Savings Account  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Dental Insurance  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Vision Insurance  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Short and Long Term Disability  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Flexible Spending Accounts  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Life and Accidental Death & Disability   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Accident and Critical Illness Insurance  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Employee Assistance Program  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>401(k) Plan with Company Match  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Pet Insurance  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid Time Off.
