About the Role
We’re looking for a curious, motivated Junior Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants hands-on experience building relationships, learning consultative selling, and growing into a full Account Executive role.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for finding and developing new sales opportunities. While you may receive some leads from marketing, a big part of your success will come from building your own pipeline through outreach, networking, and events. You won’t be alone — you’ll have support, training, and a Solutions Architect to help with demos as you learn the full sales process.
What You’ll Do
Find and connect with potential customers using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, email, phone, networking, and events
Build and manage your own sales pipeline with guidance and support from the team
Run discovery and scoping calls to learn about customer needs and challenges
Work closely with a Solutions Architect who will handle product demos
Lead pricing conversations and help move deals toward close
Attend a small number of industry trade shows, conferences, and local happy hours to meet people and build relationships
Follow up with new contacts and turn conversations into sales opportunities
Keep CRM notes and pipeline details organized and up to date
Learn, improve, and grow through regular coaching and feedback
What Success Looks Like
Building a healthy pipeline through consistent outreach
Generating $25,000 in new MRR in your first year
Closing deals with an average size of around $1,900 MRR
Developing confidence running calls and managing deals from start to finish

What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
Comfortable reaching out to new people and starting conversations
Friendly, confident communicator — in writing, on the phone, and in person
Organized and willing to learn how to manage a sales pipeline
Coachable, positive, and motivated to grow
Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or a CRM is a plus (but not required)
