    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a talented and solutions-oriented 3D modeler to contribute to delivering innovative reality capture solutions. The 3D Modeling Specialist will be responsible for processing site conditions from LiDAR scanners and other photogrammetry equipment, perform data post-processing, scan registering tasks, and perform web viewer visualization. This opportunity is ideal for mid-level professional who's interested in gaining more experience in digital asset management. </p>\n<p> Responsibilities </p>\n<p>The selected candidate will get opportunity to work on a variety of structural engineering projects in India and US, including, but not limited to residential high rises, commercial development, aviation facilities, sports facilities, healthcare buildings, industrial setups, and hotels.  </p>\n<p>  Responsibilities will include working with a team of engineers and modelers to deliver modeling and drafting/detailing work. The work shall be shared by the project managers and engineers for projects based in Unites States and/or India. Our projects range vastly in scale, detail, and complexity, and this position requires being able to work on multiple projects at a time with engineers and modelers from multiple geographic locations. Position responsibilities and requirements will include:    </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support 3D modelers’ team leadership to implement latest BIM-related best practices, firm standards, industry learnings and methods.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Creation of digital twins using photogrammetry, LiDAR, 360 cameras, and other image sources. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform data processing and registration tasks of the site captured data using software such as Leica Register360+, Autodesk ReCap and/or Navisworks. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>3D Model development (required LOD, up to 500) in Autodesk Revit structure, model maintenance, and ownership.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Developing high quality Drawings with the required plan-section-details, picking up drawing markups etc.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Use of inhouse developed plugins and tools for productivity enhancement.  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Diploma in civil engineering or bachelor’s degree in engineering  </li>\n <li>4 to 8 years of relevant work experience   </li>\n <li>Knowledge and understanding of U.S. drafting standards a plus.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Required Skills/Abilities: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Extensive knowledge and experience in use of Revit Structure and AutoCAD required. </li>\n <li>knowledge and experience in Rhinoceros/ grasshopper, including parametric modeling and visual programming is a plus. </li>\n <li>Previous experience with Cyclone, Autodesk ReCap and/or NavVis Ivion, Autodesk Civil3D, Autodesk Revit is beneficial. </li>\n <li>Previous reality capture and/or surveying experience is preferred. </li>\n <li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. </li>\n <li>Candidate must be proactive, have strong organizational skill, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be client-service oriented.   </li>\n <li>Good verbal and written communication skills. </li>\n <li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. </li>\n <li>Time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Walter P Moore is an equal employment opportunity employer, and provides equal employment opportunities (including offering competitive compensation and benefit packages) to all employees and applicants for employment.
