          "text": "<p>Description: </p><p> </p><p>The Team is responsible for the proactively resolving systemic quality issues in the field. This activity is managed, tracked and reported on through a SharePoint / SQL tool. The tool is being expanded to include other types of issue management / CLCA and Lessons Learned activities as well as automation and financial tracking. </p><p>The job activity centers on the Development and Maintenance of a SharePoint/SQL based tool that allows program management, execution and financial tracking for all FQM programs and projects. </p><p>Other activities include but are not limited to: </p><p>Development of quality tools based on business/ stakeholders requirements, stakeholders feedback, and system possibilities </p><p>Deployment of individual modules of quality tools according to the time plan and documentation </p><p>Provide testing of individual modules before deployment </p><p>Provide training of respective quality tools modules before deployment to all stakeholders </p><p>Technical documentation of quality tools </p><p>Provide support of quality tools for all stakeholders </p><p>Resolution of TT submitted by users within SLA </p><p>Tool maintenance and updates </p><p>Customized reporting </p><p>Data analytics and trend analysis </p><p>Task and reporting automation </p><p><br /></p><p>The successful candidate will work in a team environment; possess a Bachelor s degree Engineering, Computer Science or related field and experience in the following skills: </p><p>SharePoint Skills: </p><p><br /></p><p>Administration </p><p>Security </p><p>UI Customization </p><p>Understanding of SharePoint 2010 User Interface </p><p>Branding </p><p>Creating menu items and ribbon controls </p><p>Creating client-side dialogs </p><p>Advance knowledge of Workflows </p><p>Advance knowledge of InfoPath Forms </p><p>Business Connectivity Services </p><p>External Content Types </p><p>Analysis Services </p><p>Excel Services </p><p>PowerPivot </p><p>Reporting Services </p><p>Performance Point </p><p>Overall knowledge of Web application architecture </p><p>Experience in SharePoint infrastructure including servers and services </p><p>Experience in developing in a team environment </p><p>HTML/CSS </p><p>Advance knowledge of JavaScript/JQuery </p><p>Advance-level knowledge of SharePoint Designer (Visual Studio 2010 a plus) </p><p>Knowledge of SharePoint 2010 Object Hierarchy </p><p>Experience with ASP.NET </p>",
