We specialize in a full range of new and retrofit construction for industrial, food processing, commercial, institutional, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and bio-fuel projects.</p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p>Shambaugh & Son is seeking a 2nd Shift Quality Inspector for the Fire Fabrication Shop. In this position you will be responsible for</p>\n<p>inspecting all areas of the shop while ensuring safety is always at the forefront and quality requirements are met while maintaining acceptable productivity levels. </p>\n<p>#shambaugh #ppf #LI-TS #LI-onsite</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for inspecting products and making sure employees are following SOPs. </li>\n <li>Leading new employees through our training process. </li>\n <li>Safety is the priority. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of daily production. </li>\n <li>SOP’s </li>\n <li>Understand NFPA 13,  7.5.2.4.8 </li>\n <li>Answer to the Supervisors. </li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Production or manufacturing experience preferred. </li>\n <li>Strong verbal communication skills required. </li>\n <li>Ability to motivate various individuals to complete the required tasks. </li>\n <li>Experience training employees who have different learning methods. </li>\n <li>Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
