    "description": "<p>We are currently looking for a reliable, hardworking <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Yard Labourer / Equipment Operator</span> to join our team.</p>\n<p>This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working outdoors, operating equipment, assisting with general yard duties, and responding to on-call maintenance needs as required.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate skid steer and telehandler safely and efficiently</li>\n<li>Load, unload, move, and organize materials in the yard</li>\n<li>Tow trailers and move equipment as needed</li>\n<li>Assist with general yard upkeep and housekeeping</li>\n<li>Perform basic building and property maintenance</li>\n<li>Support shop and yard operations where needed</li>\n<li>Be available for on-call yard and building maintenance when required</li>\n<li>Follow all company safety policies and procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience operating <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">skid steer</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">telehandler</span></li>\n<li>Comfortable <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">towing trailers</span> and maneuvering equipment safely</li>\n<li>General mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and take initiative</li>\n<li>Reliable, punctual, and willing to help wherever needed</li>\n<li>Physically capable of lifting, moving materials, and working in a labour-intensive environment</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license required</li>\n<li>Experience with general maintenance is considered an asset</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong work ethic</li>\n<li>Dependable and available when needed</li>\n<li>Safety-minded</li>\n<li>Team player with a practical, hands-on attitude</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wage to be based on experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">How to Apply</span><br>Please send your resume and relevant experience to [email protected] or apply in person.</p>",
