    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div data-pasted=\"true\"><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Summary&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The Clinical Director is the primary clinical authority responsible for the oversight, development, and delivery of all therapeutic services within the residential facility. This role ensures that all clinical practices are evidence-based, trauma-informed, and fully compliant with regulations for state of service. The Clinical Director supervises all Master&rsquo;s-level Mental Health Professionals (MHPs), oversees treatment planning, and ensures the highest level of clinical integrity and patient safety.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>1. Clinical Oversight and Quality Assurance&nbsp;<ul><li>Direct the implementation of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) across the residential program.&nbsp;</li><li>Review and approve all Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) to ensure they meet the clinical needs of the residents and comply with state regulations, company policy and national accreditation standards (Joint Commission).&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct regular clinical audits of charts and documentation to ensure compliance with state licensing and national accreditation standards (Joint Commission).&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee the &quot;Duty of Care&quot; protocols, ensuring that risk assessments for suicide, self-harm, and violence are conducted and documented with clinical precision.</li></ul></li><li>2. Staff Supervision and Development&nbsp;<ul><li>Provide direct clinical supervision to Mental Health Professionals (MHPs), Case Managers, and student interns as required by state licensing boards.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to review resident progress, adjust levels of care, and facilitate complex clinical decision-making.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and lead a robust clinical training program for all staff, focusing on trauma-informed care, de-escalation, and ethics.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage the hiring, onboarding, retention, and performance evaluations of the clinical and counseling departments.</li></ul></li><li>3. Regulatory and Medical Coordination&nbsp;<ul><li>Collaborate closely with the Medical Director to ensure integrated care between psychiatric services and psychosocial therapy.&nbsp;</li><li>Serve as the primary clinical liaison during licensing inspections and accreditation surveys regarding clinical service delivery.&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee the implementation of the Rights Officer functions to ensure resident rights are protected, and grievances are clinically reviewed.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage utilization review processes to ensure medical necessity is clearly articulated for continued stay and insurance authorizations.</li></ul></li><li>4. Crisis Leadership&nbsp;<ul><li>Serve as the final clinical authority on-site for behavioral crises, determining the necessity for involuntary commitments or emergency transfers.&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitate clinical debriefings for staff and residents following significant incidents to mitigate secondary trauma and improve future interventions.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain an on-call rotation for high-level clinical emergencies.&nbsp;<br><br></li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Education and Experience<ul style=\"font-weight: initial;\"><li>Minimum Requirement: Master&rsquo;s degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field (Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling).&nbsp;</li><li>Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.&nbsp;</li><li>Licensure: Must hold a valid, unrestricted license in the state of practice as an LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Knowledge and Skills</strong>&nbsp;<ul><li>Expert knowledge of the DSM-5-TR and evidence-based treatment for Schizophrenia Spectrum, Bipolar, and Personality Disorders.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage high-stress clinical environments.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EHR) systems (Kipu).</li></ul></li><li><strong>Physical Requirements</strong>&nbsp;<ul><li>Ability to work in a 24/7 residential environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Presence during standard business hours with evening/weekend availability for clinical emergencies.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time. &nbsp;</li></ul></li></ul></div></div>\n<br/>Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm",
