You will be responsible for applying a diverse knowledge of construction, engineering principles and practices in broad areas. If you think you are an innovative, self-motivated team-player, and want to shape your community, join our WGI team today!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with project design, production of reports, specifications, and drawings.</li>\n <li> Perform limited project structural engineering analysis and design.</li>\n <li> Assist team during the evaluation phase, including field review of existing structures, writing reports, developing repair options, construction cost estimates.</li>\n <li> Assist team during the construction document phase, including review of repair options, developing drawings, developing specifications, construction cost estimates.</li>\n <li> Assist with the development of construction documents using CAD and or Revit</li>\n <li> Assist team during the bidding phase, including pre-bid meetings, addenda, bid evaluations, review of alternates and substitutions.</li>\n <li> Assist team during the construction administration phase, including preconstruction meetings, construction review, project meetings, test report overview, project close-out, etc.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li> BSCE in civil engineering required, Master's degree preferred.</li>\n <li>PE license required.</li>\n <li>4+ years’ experience in structural engineering.</li>\n <li> Experience with AutoCAD and or Revit. </li>\n <li> Proficiency with MS Office applications.</li>\n <li> Related work experience with building facade, parking structures is preferred, but not required.</li>\n <li>Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li> Ability to work in a team environment.</li>\n <li> Ability to travel 25% of the time in the field.</li>\n <li> Previous experience with construction administration is preferred but not required.</li>\n <li> Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
