    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Coordinates and executes all transportation needs for residents/tenants as provided under community policy.  Responsible for assuring community vehicles are routinely maintained and comply with State and Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.  Expected to maintain a safe driving record that meets Benedictine requirements at all times.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Schedule and drive community vehicles to transport residents/tenants in a safe and efficient manner.</li>\n <li>Follow all established state laws, Benedictine and community policies and procedures, and resident safety/safe patient handling guidelines at all times, including during emergencies and inclement weather.</li>\n <li>Maintain all necessary records including trip scheduling and logging mileage and maintenance.</li>\n <li>Establish, execute, and record regular preventive maintenance schedules, required repairs, pre-trip inspections of lights and tires, and annual profession mechanic inspection.</li>\n <li>Assist with loading and unloading of passengers and may be needed to assist in and out of destination.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.</li>\n <li>Promotes the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Qualifications Required</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 21 years of age</li>\n <li>Valid Driver’s license appropriate for the type of vehicle assigned to operate</li>\n <li>Acceptable driving record that meets Benedictine requirements</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>EEO/AA/Vet Friendly</p>\n<h2>Salary Range</h2>$21-$23\n<h2>Benefits Statement</h2>\n<p>A robust benefits package is available to eligible associates, designed to meet the needs of every stage of life, including paid time off (PTO), retirement, medical, dental, vision, education assistance, and a variety of additional voluntary benefits.
