    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p><strong>S</strong><strong>ummary:</strong></p><p>The Senior Financial Analyst &ndash; Data &amp; Automation supports daily proforma financial reporting, executive decision-making and financial process automation within a complex, multi-entity organization. Reporting directly to the EVP, Chief Accounting Officer, this role serves as a bridge between Finance, Accounting and financial systems. The position requires strong financial statement expertise, advanced data and automation capabilities and the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable decision tools.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Essential Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare daily proforma income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements</li><li>Analyze financial results at both entity and consolidated levels</li><li>Validate and understand multi-entity rollups, eliminations and financial statement hierarchies</li><li>Trace consolidated financial results to underlying entity-level data and source systems</li><li>Support executive leadership with what-if and scenario modeling, including balance sheet actions (loan and deposit growth, securities activity, funding changes)</li><li>Build integrated financial projections, cash flow forecasts and NPV analyses</li><li>Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, dashboards and ad hoc analyses</li><li>Partner with Accounting team members to enhance data automation and reporting processes</li><li>Design and implement automation using advanced Excel, Power Query, Power BI, analytics, programming or AI tools</li><li>Work with ERP systems (e.g., Hyperion, SAP) from a technical reporting and analysis perspective</li><li>Communicate effectively with executives, finance leadership, accounting teams and technical partners</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications (Education, Experience, Computer Skills, Certifications, Etc.):</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&amp;A or financial reporting</li><li>Strong understanding of financial statements and multi-entity financial structures</li><li>Working knowledge of consolidation concepts, rollups and eliminations</li><li>Advanced Excel skills (including Power Pivot); Power BI experience required</li><li>Experience working with ERP systems from a technical reporting perspective</li><li>Demonstrated experience building data or process automation in a finance or accounting environment</li><li>Preferred: SQL, AI-enabled analytics exposure, CPA or CFA (or progress toward certification)</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Benefits options include:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Medical, dental and vision coverage</li><li>401K with company match</li><li>11 paid holidays&nbsp;</li><li>Accrue up to 17 vacation/sick days per year in your first year on a pro rata basis</li><li>Applicant may be eligible for annual discretionary bonus</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>No relocation assistance provided.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>If you are looking to be a part of a winning team and meet the above requirements, we look forward to hearing from you.&nbsp;</p><p>Beal Bank USA and its affiliates are Equal Opportunity Employers.
