As the state&rsquo;s federally designated organ recovery organization and an accredited tissue bank, we are dedicated to making a profound impact on countless lives.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>As a Family Advocate for Indiana Donor Network, you will be responsible for initiating donation conversations with the families of potential donors in a critical care setting. You will respond to referrals from local hospitals to collect and communicate data, and evaluate referrals called in by hospital staff. You&#39;ll be given the opportunity to facilitate the donation process and support donor families, as needed. The position covers a large geographic territory located primarily in southern Indiana.</p><p><strong>Shift Information</strong></p><p>This position follows a non-traditional schedule that includes three shifts per week: one 12-hour shift, one 18-hour shift, and one 24 hour shift.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Who We&rsquo;re Looking For</strong></p><p>Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor&#39;s degree, or relevant education and experience in a social services or a clinical or related field. Experience in social work, medical social work, nursing and/or respiratory therapy would be helpful.
