    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><a data-fr-linked=\"true\" href=\"https://www.livebinders.com/b/3569203?tabid=38c9171e-5c15-1a4a-bc70-384db42340c0\" id=\"isPasted\">https://www.livebinders.com/b/3569203?tabid=38c9171e-5c15-1a4a-bc70-384db42340c0</a></strong></p><p><strong>What You Should Know About the&nbsp;</strong><strong>Operator</strong><strong>:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Days and hours vary. 12 HOUR SHIFTS</li><li>This position is based within <strong><u>Jefferson Regional Telecommunication Department</u></strong></li></ul><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>The PBX Operator will accurately operate the telephone console for incoming and outgoing calls, perform in-house paging, conduct answering service, maintain physician&rsquo;s PC database, and operate the TDD phone for the hearing impaired. &nbsp;This position responds to all codes and alarms quickly with appropriate priority. &nbsp; The PBX Operator must be knowledgeable of all equipment operating procedures.</p><p><strong>Operator Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High School diploma or equivalent required.&nbsp;</li><li>This is a safety sensitive position. *</li></ul><ul><li><strong><em>Minimum Requirements</em></strong>:<ol><li>Must have a year of computer experience or training</li><li>Excellent verbal communication and listening skills</li><li>Strong multi-tasking abilities in a fast paced environment</li><li>Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently</li><li>Able to demonstrate professionalism and maintain confidentiality</li></ol></li><li><strong><em>Preferred Requirements:</em></strong><ol><li>One year of answering in a call center or company phone.</li><li>One-year customer service experience.</li><li>Proficiency in operating phone systems, paging systems, and basic office equipment</li><li>Familiarity with medical terminology&nbsp;</li></ol></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Benefits &amp; Perks: your health and happiness matters!
