Responsibilities
*UP TO $2,000 SIGN ON INCENTIVE***
***Sign-on Bonus is not permitted for internal candidates***
Position Description:
Reports to assigned program supervisor or covering supervisor.
Manage assigned caseload and provide coverage for peer's caseload as needed, provides direct clinical treatment using methods compatible with assigned model.
Conducts assessments including review of referral information, identifying and engaging key participants, identifying systemic strengths and weaknesses and individualized treatment planning.
Maintains clear and concise documentation of treatment efforts that promote peer and supervisory review and feedback, and that demonstrate compliance with the assigned model
Participates in all model training, supervision, consultation activities, and staff meetings.
Builds a relationships with community stakeholders (i.e., child protection services, Guardians ad Litem, judges, schools, etc.) to ensure cooperation among service providers
Manages the extensive documentation requirements to successfully comply with various mandates from agency, ACS, and other stakeholders, including model.
Timely documentation of contacts and case progress in the provided agency electronic health records and other systems as applicable
Adopts a strength focused approach with families, stakeholder, and within the program/treatment team.
Ability to accompany families/clients to psychiatric appointment and other community needs appointment.
Attends weekly supervision and consultation and on-call meetings.
Manages the extensive travel requirements
Provides 24/7 coverage during the week and participates on a weekend on-call rotational schedule as applicable
Other duties as assigned
Organizational expectations include:
Regular and punctual time and attendance, and adherence to The Foundling’s and your department’s
specific time and attendance policies and protocol.
Consistent demonstrated commitment to The Foundling’s BHAG, mission, vision and values (Compassion,
Dignity, Family and Community, Diversity, Excellence).
Adherence to The Foundling’s employee policies, Code of Conduct and applicable rules, laws, regulations or bargaining agreements.
Appropriate engagement with support departments to ensure appropriate and timely hiring, performance management, investigation, discipline, suspension, and restructuring decisions concerning direct reports. Regular supervision and performance evaluation of direct reports.
Any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned.

Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related subject area
Education Required Masters’s Degree from a U.S. accredited educational institution or Credential Evaluation for a non-U.S. educational institution
Salary Range: $67,632.38 /year + $3,000 MST-PRV Additive + $3,500 - Bilingual Additive (as applicable) + $1,000 – Provisional Licensure Additive (as applicable) + $4,000 – Full Licensure Additive (as applicable)
