Together, our interrelated programs provide a whole-person, whole-family, and whole-life approach that unlocks solutions for a lifetime.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>*UP TO $2,000 SIGN ON INCENTIVE***</strong></p>\n<p><strong>***Sign-on Bonus is not permitted for internal candidates***</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Description: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Reports to assigned program supervisor or covering supervisor.</li>\n <li>Manage assigned caseload and provide coverage for peer's caseload as needed, provides direct clinical treatment using methods compatible with assigned model.</li>\n <li>Conducts assessments including review of referral information, identifying and engaging key participants, identifying systemic strengths and weaknesses and individualized treatment planning.</li>\n <li>Maintains clear and concise documentation of treatment efforts that promote peer and supervisory review and feedback, and that demonstrate compliance with the assigned model</li>\n <li>Participates in all model training, supervision, consultation activities, and staff meetings.</li>\n <li>Builds a relationships with community stakeholders (i.e., child protection services, Guardians ad Litem, judges, schools, etc.) to ensure cooperation among service providers</li>\n <li>Manages the extensive documentation requirements to successfully comply with various mandates from agency, ACS, and other stakeholders, including model.</li>\n <li>Timely documentation of contacts and case progress in the provided agency electronic health records and other systems as applicable</li>\n <li>Adopts a strength focused approach with families, stakeholder, and within the program/treatment team.</li>\n <li>Ability to accompany families/clients to psychiatric appointment and other community needs appointment.</li>\n <li>Attends weekly supervision and consultation and on-call meetings.</li>\n <li>Manages the extensive travel requirements</li>\n <li>Provides 24/7 coverage during the week and participates on a weekend on-call rotational schedule as applicable</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Organizational expectations include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Regular and punctual time and attendance, and adherence to The Foundling’s and your department’s</li>\n <li>specific time and attendance policies and protocol.</li>\n <li>Consistent demonstrated commitment to The Foundling’s BHAG, mission, vision and values (Compassion,</li>\n <li>Dignity, Family and Community, Diversity, Excellence).</li>\n <li>Adherence to The Foundling’s employee policies, Code of Conduct and applicable rules, laws, regulations or bargaining agreements. </li>\n <li>Appropriate engagement with support departments to ensure appropriate and timely hiring, performance management, investigation, discipline, suspension, and restructuring decisions concerning direct reports.
