    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The Technical Instructor, Infrastructure Solutions is responsible for delivering technical training for field technicians, installers, customers, and service partners on Vertiv Infrastructure Solutions (IS) products. These products span electrical and mechanical disciplines and include Vertiv™ SmartRun, Vertiv™ Prefabricated Power Solutions, busway, power distribution infrastructure, and emerging Infrastructure field service safety and technical classes on power distribution, cooling distribution, and modular systems.</strong>\n      <ul>\n       <li>Prepare classrooms and lab areas.</li>\n       <li>Deliver classroom and virtual training to a variety of audiences of various experience levels.</li>\n       <li>Adapt course materials to support virtual training environments.</li>\n       <li>Create real-world, relevant training scenarios based on knowledge and experience gained over time.</li>\n       <li>Modify training delivery based on the experience level of the audience.</li>\n       <li>Model and enforce Vertiv safety guidelines at all times.</li>\n       <li>Maintain and enforce classroom conduct in accordance with published policies.&nbsp;</li>\n      </ul></li>\n style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p>\n<ol>\n <li>Two-year electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical technical degree <strong>or&nbsp;</strong>equivalent training/field experience.</li>\n <li>5+ years of hands-on experience in electrical and/or mechanical installation, commissioning, or field service within data center, industrial, or commercial environments.</li>\n <li>Strong working knowledge of electrical power distribution systems, including switchgear, busway/busbar, and related infrastructure.</li>\n <li>Foundational understanding of mechanical and high-density cooling systems supporting critical facilities (e.g., liquid cooling, piping basics).</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret electrical one-lines, installation drawings, mechanical layouts, and P&amp;IDs.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of, and experience with, adult learning theory and principles&nbsp;<strong>or</strong> equivalent military trainer experience.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical content clearly to adult learners.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and work independently.</li>\n <li>Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and virtual training platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams).</li>\n <li>Positive attitude, adaptability, and comfort operating in a fast-changing, product-launch-driven environment.</li>\n</ol>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong><u>PHYSICAL &amp; ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS</u></strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">While performing duties of the above jobs, the associate is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, tools or other components; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk, hear and smell.
