    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">The Social Practitioner works under the Supervision of the PSR Program Manager. This person will engage members in Clubhouse activities including: the work ordered day; the development and achievement of members&rsquo; goals; and linkage and coordination with community resources. Social Practitioners utilize the Clubhouse Standards as a best practice and follow the strengths-based and person-centered models to facilitate member engagement.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong>include, but may not be limited to the following:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Completes all required training within the established timeframes.</li><li>Reports to work on time as scheduled and at the location assigned.</li><li>Ensures member engagement with all Clubhouse opportunities including; the Work Ordered Day, Employment, Education, Outreach, Social Activities, Wellness initiatives and Decision Making.</li><li>Assists members in the development, evaluation, documentation, and achievement of individual recovery goals congruent with the Individual Plan of Service.</li><li>Attends and participates in socialization activities during evenings, weekends and holidays.</li><li>Assigned to Transitional Employment Placements, coverage, coaching and placement.</li><li>Demonstrate the skills necessary to teach all job-related tasks in the unit.&nbsp;</li><li>Model positive relationships with staff, members, and the larger community.</li><li>Creates a supportive environment conducive to consumer learning.&nbsp;</li><li>Teach step-by-step instructions needed to complete tasks.</li><li>Provides input to the treatment team to facilitate efficient operation of the program and provision of consumer services.&nbsp;</li><li>Utilizes recovery principles when working with consumers.&nbsp;</li><li>Practices Person-Centered Planning Principles.</li><li>Coordinates effectively with other agency staff on behalf of the members and the Clubhouse.</li><li>Completes all documentation within the required timeframe, including time sheets, progress notes, person-centered plans, and any other identified documentation.&nbsp;</li><li>Completes other assigned responsibilities in a reasonable established timeframe, with quality expectations.</li><li>Teach members culinary skills, clerical skills, janitorial skills, and job skills.</li><li>Communicates effectively.&nbsp;</li><li>Uses work time effectively.&nbsp;</li><li>Works cooperatively with supervisor.</li><li>Works cooperatively with others.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>COMPETENCIES</strong></p><p><strong>Equity Mindset</strong>-Understands and is committed to goals of equity, consistently centers equity in the organization&rsquo;s work and workplace:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Awareness of equity issues</li><li>Ability to actively combat inequities</li></ul><p>The Social Practitioner believes in the potential and resilience of all individuals and seeks feedback on the treatment effectiveness and satisfaction from disparity-vulnerable individuals and families. Collaboration occurs with colleagues through clear and concise communication and professionalism to support members with goal achievement.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Ownership and Quality of Work</strong>- Effectively manages own work, and work of teams when relevant, ensuring delivery of high-quality work:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Taking ownership</li><li>Quality of work product</li></ul><p>The Social Practitioner efficiently manages their workday, consistently meets required timeframes and ensures the highest quality of service delivery and member satisfaction.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>EDUCATION&nbsp;</strong>and/or <strong>EXPERIENCE</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li>A minimum of a bachelor&#39;s degree is required.</li><li>Prior Clubhouse experiences or mental health services are preferred.</li><li>Licensure is preferred.</li><li>Experience in MS Windows applications.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>SKILLS AND ABILITIES</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to establish professional working relationships with all members and staff.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to work effectively as a team member.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Office.</li><li>Comfortable in a Culinary Environment</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong><strong>&nbsp;-&nbsp;</strong>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
