ABOUT THE ROLE Employment Type: Full-Time Work Arrangement: Hybrid — Tuesday & Wednesday in-office required Location: Washington, DC The Marketing and Communications Manager drives the execution of marketing campaigns that bring First Book's corporate and nonprofit partnerships to life. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Lead day-to-day execution of marketing components for assigned partnership campaigns — producing assets, managing timelines, and ensuring cross-functional delivery on time and within scope. Develop and manage campaign materials, including digital assets, simple video elements, website landing pages, toolkits, print collateral, and event signage aligned to First Book brand standards. Manage the production of printed and digital organizational materials — presentations, one-pagers, sell sheets, and reports — coordinating stakeholder input and moving projects forward efficiently. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Manage Marketing Campaign Execution for Corporate and Nonprofit Partnerships Manage day-to-day execution of marketing components for assigned partnership campaigns.
