    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><b>Primary Responsibilities</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts that meet quality and production standards</li>\n <li>Monitor machine performance and make necessary tool adjustments or replacements</li>\n <li>Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate machining</li>\n <li>Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges</li>\n <li>Support company goals by maintaining efficiency, quality, and safety in all operations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Job Duties</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Run production lots and communicate effectively with team members regarding job status and output</li>\n <li>Perform routine machine shop operations, including setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting</li>\n <li>Identify and report defective materials or nonconforming parts to management</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, including proper removal of metal shavings and debris</li>\n <li>Follow all company quality standards, policies, and procedures</li>\n <li>Actively participate in safety programs and adhere to all HSE requirements</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Education and Qualifications</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED preferred</li>\n <li>Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience required with the ability to independently perform setups and program edits; 5+ years preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings</li>\n <li>Experience using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Veterans Welcome</b><br>\n  At NOV, we proudly support and hire U.S. military veterans.
