Interacts collaboratively with the nurses and other multidisciplinary team members.  Duties are to provide primary care for the high-risk newborn infants in these locations in accordance with the objectives, policies and procedures of the hospital and the New Jersey State Advanced Nurse Practice Act.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Participates under the direction of the Director of Neonatology and in a collaborative relationship with Attending Neonatologist, Nurse Manager and Nursing staff in the Intensive Care and Intermediate Care Nurseries and Labor and Delivery Room.  Interacts in a collaborative way with a multidisciplinary team as well as with community agencies including DCP&P and community nursing services.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Measurement-criteria are \"as observed by the Director of Neonatology in collaboration with the Chief APN of the Hospital” for all performance standards, unless otherwise indicated.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Certified as Advanced Practice Nurse in the State of New Jersey with a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Nursing.  Currently licensed as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the State of New Jersey.  At least two (2) years of related nursing experience required.  BLS and NRP required.</p>",
