          "text": "<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions</strong></p><ul><li><p>Move levers and press pedal to drive truck and control movement of lifting apparatus.</p></li><li><p>Position clamps around bales of bales of cotton, loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products or materials and transport load to designated area.</p></li><li><p>Unload and stack material by raising and lowering lifting device and opening and closing clamping and grappling devices.</p></li><li><p>Inventory materials on work floor.&#xa0; Pull orders accurately, using a tag list of bale numbers.</p></li><li><p>Scan bales to ensure accurate and efficient work procedures and data exchange utilizing tablets and scanners.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Load and unload materials onto or off of trailers, conveyor belt, scales, pallets, skid, lifting device or railcars.</p></li><li><p>Replaces liquefied gas tank.</p></li><li><p>Perform all related responsibilities as required.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Education/Professional Certifications/Licenses</strong></p><ul><li><p>The following is the basic qualification:&#xa0; High School diploma or equivalent.</p></li><li><p>Forklift certificate required.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><p>The following is the basic qualification:&#xa0; One to three years related experience/training.</p><p><strong>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities <em>(including any physical demands)</em></strong></p><ul><li><p>Ability to read, write, and interpret documents.&#xa0; Speak effectively with supervisors or employees and apply common sense and problem solving.</p></li><li><p>Job requirements include standing, walking, and sitting, use of hands to finger, handle and feel objects, tools or controls.&#xa0;&#xa0; Must be able to reach with hands and arms; climb balance, stoop, kneel crouch and crawl. Also have the ability to speak and hear.</p></li><li><p>Required to regularly lift/move up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.</p></li><li><p>Specific vision abilities are required.&#xa0; These include good close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision.&#xa0; Good depth perception and the ability to focus are necessary.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p><p>Duties are performed in typical warehousing conditions in and outside of buildings.&#xa0; Working frequently near moving mechanical parts and could be exposed to fumes and cotton dust.</p><p><strong>Employee Supervision</strong></p><p>No supervisory responsibilities.</p><p><strong>Decision Making/Accountability</strong></p><p>Accountable for the accuracy and completeness of duties.</p>",
