    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">We are seeking a motivated <strong><span style=\"color: rgb(41, 105, 176);\">Continuous Improvement Specialist&nbsp;</span></strong>who is excited to help improve processes, solve problems, and support operational excellence.</span></p><p><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(41, 105, 176); font-size: 18px;\">Position Summary:</span></strong></p><p>In this role, you will analyze workflows, partner with cross-functional teams, and help lead improvement projects to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer outcomes. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical thinking, project management skills, and hands-on experience with continuous improvement methods such as Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.</p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(41, 105, 176);\"><strong>Job Duties:</strong></span></p><ul><li>Analyze current processes, workflows, and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Support and manage continuous improvement projects from planning through implementation and follow-up.</li><li>Partner with team members across operations, quality, supply chain, and other functions to gather input and drive solutions.</li><li>Create process maps, track metrics, and prepare reports that show progress, outcomes, and recommendations.</li><li>Help facilitate root cause analysis, problem-solving sessions, and improvement events.</li><li>Monitor results after implementation to ensure changes are effective and sustainable.</li><li>Document standard work, process updates, and lessons learned.</li><li>Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders and escalate risks or roadblocks as needed.</li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(41, 105, 176);\">Qualifications &amp; Requirements:</span></strong></p><ul><li>Required: bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, industrial engineering, or a related field.
