This role is responsible for delivering enterprise manufacturing improvements across multiple facilities.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong><u>WHAT YOU’LL DO</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional manufacturing transformation projects</li>\n <li>Drive improvements involving throughput, cycle time, labor productivity, and equipment efficiency</li>\n <li>Coordinate execution across multiple manufacturing locations</li>\n <li>Develop standardized implementation plans</li>\n <li>Partner with plant leadership to ensure execution alignment</li>\n <li>Identify operational risks and mitigation strategies</li>\n <li>Monitor project performance and milestone achievement</li>\n <li>Ensure measurable operational outcomes are achieved</li>\n <li>Deliver measurable financial and operational improvements tied to project objectives</li>\n <li>Drive execution across functions, not just technical solutioning</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>YOUR SKILLS & ABILITIES (REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS)</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><em>Education:</em> Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field</li>\n <li><em>Experience:</em>8-12+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or project leadership</li>\n <li>Experience leading plant-level or multi-site initiatives</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of manufacturing processes</li>\n <li>Proven ability to manage complex operational projects</li>\n <li>Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt preferred</li>\n <li>Experience in automation deployment preferred</li>\n <li>Experience in production system optimization preferred</li>\n <li><em>Travel:</em> Up to 50% </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:</u></strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Office and plant environment.</li>\n <li>Keyboarding, lifting, standing, bending, walking.</li>\n <li>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>ABOUT GREAT DANE</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>With a history dating back to 1900, Great Dane has established itself as a transportation solutions leader of today – delivering innovative products and exceptional services that help our customers and employees succeed.
