Mission : As an SDR at Building Radar, my mission is to proactively identify and engage potential clients, demonstrating the transformative value of our cutting-edge construction intelligence Revenue-Engineering-solutions to drive growth and foster lasting partnerships.
Your mission: Identify new customers: Find potential clients that perfectly match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and identify their decision-makers. Generate interest: Initiate first contact and qualify prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn. Build relationships: Actively cultivate valuable relationships and generate new leads. Optimize our tools: Further develop and automate our sales and CRM tools to work more efficiently. Create sales materials: Produce impressive sales documents for events and on-site presentations that delight our customers.
Your profile
Communication Expert: You are fluent in German; English skills are a plus but not a requirement. Motivated and Entrepreneurial: Your self-motivation and entrepreneurial mindset drive you to always achieve the best. Confident and Communicative: You exude confidence, possess strong communication skills, and are always ready to fully commit. Willingness to Learn and Sense of Responsibility: You have the ambition to continuously develop yourself and are ready to take on responsibility.
