          "text": "<p>The Massage Therapist performs all massage and body treatments in a safe and professional manner to our guests.</p><p><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Administer massage and other body treatments to spa guests according to treatment outline.</li><li>Greet guest with proper salutation and a smile.</li><li>Assess and accommodate guest needs inquiring about their physical well being in order to perform appropriate service.</li><li>Desire and ability to educate and sell products to guests and staff.</li><li>Ideal candidates offer flexible, on-call availability and are excited to support our Spa Without Walls team during peak business periods, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Explain treatment services and products to guests in a knowledgeable, professional and thorough manner.</li><li>Be knowledgeable and informed regarding all massage/body treatments, general spa and resort programs and services.</li><li>Participate in and contribute to staff meetings, training, product knowledge classes and team efforts.</li><li>Provide necessary information to compile complete guest records.</li><li>Promote and execute effective retail sales.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.</li><li>Abide by all Hawaii&#xa0;State Board guidelines.</li><li>Comply with all Fairmont Orchid safety and health policies and procedures.</li><li>Uphold and maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the treatment areas and Spa facilities.</li><li>Conduct tours of the facility as requested.</li><li>Provide necessary information to compile complete guest records.</li><li>Treat all sensitive personal medical information on guest in strictest confidence.</li><li>Report any problems incurred immediately to the Principal Therapist or Director of Spa &amp; Wellness</li><li>Report for scheduled shifts promptly and ready to work.</li><li>Maintain a positive, guest service oriented attitude and a sense of humor.
